As many of you may know, Oaks & Spokes originally got its start as a humble Bicycle Festival planned by a small group of friends here in Raleigh. Over the past six years since the very first festival in 2012, it has slowly morphed into the growing advocacy nonprofit that you know today. Despite the changes in organization over the years, the annual Bicycle Festival remains an important part of who we are and what we offer the community. As such, we’re excited to announce the official line-up of this year’s Spring Bicycle Festival! We will be partnering closely with BikeRaleigh and other organizations this year to bring you an entire month of exciting programming for all ages and experience levels.
Without further ado, we present to you…the 2018 Oaks & Spokes Spring Bicycle Festival!
