● -How Raleigh Moves: Walking, Biking and Transit Survey: https://engage.raleighnc.gov/y85532.
Survey Purpose: Everyone in our city is a pedestrian at some point – even if you usually drive, you still walk to and from your car. But for many residents walking and taking public transit are their main ways of getting around, which makes safety and access especially important.
We are seeking input from the public regarding their experience walking, biking, and using public transit with the goal of enhancing the transit rider experience and improving pedestrian safety. The first section of this survey will focus on the public transit; the second part of this survey will focus on the experience of pedestrians and bicyclists.
● – Raleigh Sidewalk Projects: https://publicinput.com/N656
The City of Raleigh is dedicated to building more sidewalks to enhance the city’s walkable infrastructure. With a focus on safety and accessibility, the goal is to build new sidewalks so residents and visitors of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds can comfortably walk to nearby destinations, such as schools, parks, and transit stops.
